The article is devoted to the study of the specifics of the theory and practice of problematic aspects of the application of Article 14.10 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation «Illegal use of means of individualization of goods (works, services)». In order to unify civil and administrative legal norms, as well as uniformity in the application of liability measures for the illegal use of means of individualization of goods (works, services), taking into account the innovations introduced by Federal Law No. 193-FZ of June 28, 2022 «On Amendments to Part Four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation», amendments to Article 14.10 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
