The changes taking place in Russian society radically affect social processes in various spheres. However, these changes do not always have positive guidelines. Thus, the transformation of traditional values and moral priorities has a negative impact on the socialization of young people, their spiritual development, especially it negatively affects socially immature adolescents and young men. As a result of the paradoxes of modern life, many of them find themselves in a social risk group, allow various deviations in behavior, commit offenses. A necessary condition for successful social adaptation and correction of social behavior of persons falling into the sphere of criminal justice (without isolation from society) is psychological and pedagogical support for minors, considered as one of the mechanisms of executive probation. The authors present a program of psychological and pedagogical support for minors and, based on the analysis of the results of an empirical study, prove its effectiveness.
