Abstract:
The article reveals the essence of the modern model of training specialists working in the system of general and additional education. It focuses on the organizational and methodological support for the activities of full-day school centers of additional education, created on the basis of general education organizations (as part of the implementation of the national project “Education”). The aim of the study is to update the cluster approach to advanced training of education specialists. The authors draw attention to the need for differentiation and blended learning formats to maximize the involvement of full-day school specialists based on their specialization and work experience. The timeliness of this training model is due to the shortage of technically oriented teachers to work with children, as well as the possibility of distance learning for teachers and managers in the education system. A conclusion is made about the structural and substantive potential of new adult education programs while maintaining the clustering of educational modules and forms (using the example of a specific additional professional program for advanced training of teachers and managers).
