PROBLEMS OF TEACHING DISCIPLINES OF THE CIVIL LAW CYCLE WITH THE TRANSITION TO DISTANCE LEARNING DURING THE SPREAD OF CORONAVIRUS INFECTION (COVID-19)
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Distance learning technologies are one of the ways of learning in the higher education system. The expediency of their use during the spread of coronavirus infection is beyond doubt. At the same time, their effectiveness has certain shortcomings, which are revealed in the process of teaching the disciplines of the civil law cycle. The authors found that distance learning technologies cannot fully compete with the academic form of education, where there is personal contact and communication «teacher – student», which is a reliable and valid means of assessing the formation of students’ competencies. Therefore, in our opinion, it is necessary to constantly look for new approaches to the organization of training and formats for its monetization, improve technologies, form the regulatory legal framework of electronic and distance education, create new models and online learning technologies that will allow an objective assessment of the level of knowledge, skills and abilities. and experience of the students.
