Abstract (English):
In this article, the authors analyzes the changes introduced into the text of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in the period from January to October 2024. A critical systematic comparative legal analysis of the legal and technical construction of individual criminal law prescriptions is given and suggestions are made to improve criminal legislation.
