Abstract (English):
Abstract. The article deals with the problem of pedagogical support for families of the social risk group. A method of solving it is proposed through the use of pedagogical tools, which is recommended to employees of juvenile affairs units performing pedagogical functions in relation to families of this category. The toolkit is represented by pedagogical diagnostic methods (survey, observation) and the actual pedagogical tool – network technology. In addition, among the diagnostic tools mentioned are the methodology of the level of school anxiety by B. N. Phillips and the questionnaire “Analysis of family relationships” by E. G. Eidemiller, V. V. Justitskis. The authors clearly define the concepts of pedagogical support, the tools used, give their characteristics and specify the features of using a social risk group in pedagogical support with a family. Each of the presented methods is illustrated by concrete examples in the activities of the inspector of juvenile affairs. Special attention is paid to network technology as a tool of pedagogical support and its specific application.
