Abstract (English):
In the constantly changing conditions of modern world, the formation of new ideas and the creation of innovative approaches aimed at transforming the content of professional activity by achieving success of individual employees, teams effectively influencing the development of the organization as a whole is a priority and topical. The problem of success in professional activity has become interdisciplinary in recent decades, the horizon of its knowledge is expanded by philosophy, psychology, sociology, personnel management, labor economics, law and many others. This is due to the urgent need to identify success markers, mechanisms involved in regulating employee behavior aimed at success / regulating employee success behavior, tools and approaches for its formation and support, timely diagnosis and elimination of demotivators, one of which is mobbing.
