Abstract (English):
The criminal legislation in certain foreign countries, similar to the Russian legal norms on liability for obstruction of medical assistance, are considered in the article. As part of the comparative analysis, special attention is paid to determining the place of these norms in the system of relevant normative acts in order to identify the object of the criminal assaults. The author reveals the most promising provisions in terms of the potential borrowing to the Criminal Code of Russia.
