This study presents an integrative model of the work of a secondary education institution for the prevention of terrorism based on the experience of implementing the work of an educational organization in the Ufa municipal district. The implementation of the proposed measures transforms the prevention of terrorism in schools from a disparate set of actions into a sustainable educational system where each participant understands his role and is responsible for the common cause. Students develop an integral anti-terrorism position: knowledge of the legal foundations, emotional rejection of violence, practical skills in safe behavior and confidence that their voice is important for the safety of society.
