The article discusses current issues of ensuring the economic security of enterprises of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the context of modern challenges. Key threats are highlighted, including an insufficient level of cybersecurity, the use of outdated software, financial instability, dependence on imports, and a shortage of qualified personnel. Based on the analysis of statistical data, a high level of digitalization and active use of the Internet in the region is demonstrated. At the same time, the spread of cyber threats is noted: spam, virus attacks and phishing. A comprehensive approach to problem solving is proposed, combining government support measures and business initiatives.
