Legal aspects of the responsibility of military per- sonnel of the National Guard troops for the use of profanity

Abstract (English):
The article examines the legal and socio-ethical aspects of the use of profanity by military personnel of the National Guard troops based on scientific methodology. A comprehensive applied analysis of aspects of the legal responsibility of military personnel for the use of profanity in the performance of military service duties has been carried out. Based on the results of the study, the authors developed an algorithm for bringing military personnel to disciplinary responsibility for using obscene expressions in speech. The conclusions and recommendations can become the basis for improving the level of military discipline and law and order in the National Guard troops, increasing the prestige of military service and the security of the state and society.
