Abstract (English):
Vocational training involves mastering the subject area of professional activity, where new knowledge, skills, and abilities (competencies) are formed. Currently, we present the implementation of the educational process in the system of vocational training for law enforcement officers through the structure of optimal ways of professional training. The article discusses several ways to optimize the professional training of employees of the penal system, which contribute to improving its effectiveness, strengthening and developing the personnel policy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia.
