ELECTRONIC INFORMATION AND FEATURES OF ITS COLLECTION IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract (English):
The article proposes to understand various problematic aspects of collecting evidence in criminal proceedings that can be presented in the form of electronic information. The imperfection of their conceptual apparatus entails the lack of a uniform approach to the definition of the concept under study. Particular emphasis is placed on establishing the place and role of electronic evidence in criminal procedure.
