FORMATION OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE IN THE PROCESS OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the formation of foreign language communicative competence, which, in turn, contributes to the versatile development of the language personality of the student. Special attention is paid to the formation and improvement of their multi-layered and multicomponent set of language skills and abilities for performing communicative activities. Also, based on the material of the modern English language, the mechanisms of formation of foreign language communicative competence of students with the help of special speech situations, as well as the ability to use the studied lexical units in the proposed situations are considered.
