The article deals with topical issues of the transformation of law enforcement activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of the development of digital technologies. Digital technologies, as a component of the technological sphere of society, are the leading driver of the creation of a new technological, economic and social reality. However, it is difficult to overestimate the challenges facing the newest industrial society, we are talking about changing the global socio-technological order. The general digitalization in the Republic of Kazakhstan could not ignore the law enforcement sector. The accelerated digitalization of all processes related to law enforcement creates fundamentally new conditions for their functioning. Dynamic processes of digital transformation require an adequate response to new challenges and conditions of adaptive digital development of law enforcement agencies, which makes it necessary to determine their readiness for further digital transformation and priorities of digital changes.
