CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR CRIMES RELATED TO INFECTION WITH DANGEROUS INFECTIOUS DISEASES UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF RUSSIA AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract (English):
The author analyzes the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation and foreign countries associated with infection with dangerous infectious diseases. Based on this analysis, analysis of the theory of criminal law and scientifc research, as well as data published in the public domain by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, it is proposed to introduce separate amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation aimed at including Article 121.1. In addition, the author’s position on the need for legislative establishment of this corpus delicti is argued.
