The article discusses various approaches to the analysis of the presumption of innocence, determines the relationship between the presumption of integrity of citizens and the presumption of innocence, and concludes that it is a manifestation of the presumption of integrity not in all, but in some branches of law and represents a rebuttable, cross-sectoral legal presumption that is relevant not only to criminal, but also to administrative and disciplinary liability.
