REALIZATION OF THE IDEA OF THE ELECTRONIC OF JUSTICE IN RUSSIA AS TOPICAL THE OBJECTIVE OF THE JUDICIARY

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the study of the development of electronic justice in Russia. The term «electronic justice» is rooted in our legal order, and it is traditionally understood as the ability to carry out procedural actions in electronic form. The author notes that the emergence of electronic justice is an inevitable process. Its purpose is to improve the quality and efficiency of justice, to ensure the legality and uniformity of judicial practice through the introduction of information technology in the modern judicial process. It was concluded that electronic justice emerged more recently, it develops and improves rather dynamically, trying to correspond to the level of development of modern technologies, in connection with what in Russia is planned the further expansion of the use of modern technologies to ensure effective justice.
