Abstract (English):
The issue of organ and tissue transplantation is quite complicated from the moral, ethical and legal sides, but the modernization of the process of providing transplant care in the country will lead to the saving of several tens of thousands of people’s lives, and therefore, we consider research in this area very important and necessary. This article examines the process of organ removal and pays special attention to organ donation of minors. In addition, the authors analyze the most relevant, previously sounded proposals for improving transplant care, and also determine the prospects for the use of genetic engineering developments for the consciousness of donor organs. Consideration of problems in this area allowed the authors to choose the optimal solutions in the form of supplementing certain provisions in the legislation of the country.
