The article deals with the issues of legal support of foreign trade activities of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the dynamics of its indicators for 2010–2021 has been studied. In the course of the research, an assessment was made of the state and prospects for further development of foreign trade of the Republic of Bashkortostan within the framework of the implementation of the Socio-economic Development Strategy and the current geopolitical situation
