UDK 340 Право в целом. Пропедевтика. Методы и вспомогательные правовые науки
The article is devoted to a specific issue of law and legal regulation of social relations – the place of state/legal status in the classification of legal facts and its role in the formation and development of legal relations. The idea is defended that a state/legal state is a special legal fact. Moreover, it itself appears as a legal relationship that lasts, which, in turn, can be considered again as a legal fact. In support of this idea, arguments are given with reference to current legislation.
