UDK 004.77 Применения компьютерных сетей
The article is devoted to the study of the issue related to the illegal sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues using information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet. It presents and analyzes crime statistics in this sphere. The mechanism of online drug trafficking is presented through the analysis of specific examples from judicial practice. The conclusion is made about possible ways to prevent the commission of such unlawful acts.
