Problems of ensuring legality in public administration: critical analysis and modern approaches

Abstract (English):
The construction of a democratic, legal, social state raises the question of filling the constitutional model of the organization of public power, human rights and freedoms with real content. Legality is one of the basic conditions for the existence of any state. To ensure the rule of law, various legal methods are used, the main of which are control, supervision and the appeal of citizens to the competent authorities or their officials for the protection of their rights. As a result of the study of control and supervision as ways to ensure legality in public administration, the author came to the conclusion and suggestions that can be used in research work to further study the institutions under consideration and solve problems related to their assignment and execution, to further improve legislation.
