In order to study the categorical essence of the concept of economic security of the state and its connection with the implementation of law, the rule of law, the mechanism of legal regulation, the article uses a methodological technique was used to clarify the terminology of the subject under study. AIt also attempts comprehend the political and legal foundations for the functioning of the mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the state.
