PRESERVATION OF LAND FERTILITY: THE ECONOMIC AND LEGAL ASPECT
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article examines some aspects of the use of agricultural land, leading to their degradation. A brief analysis of the regulatory regulation of soil fertility conservation issues at the national level is carried out. Using the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan, it is shown that the main interrelated factors of reducing land fertility in agriculture remain non-compliance with the requirements of a scientifically based farming system and soil erosion. The main ways to reduce soil degradation and ensure the reproduction of soil fertility have been identified

Keywords:
fertility, dehumification, soil degradation, crop rotations, soil erosion, organic farming
