Administrative coercion in the system of measures for providing state protection of employees of the penal system

Abstract (English):
The study is devoted to the implementation of administrative coercion when ensuring state protection measures for employees of the penitentiary system. In the introduction, based on the information provided, including the results of sociological research, the relevance of the chosen topic is indicated. The content of the work is the study and consideration of issues related to the implementation of the provisions of the institution of administrative coercion in the implementation of legal protection measures for personnel of the penitentiary department. The study analyzes the main aspects of the illegal dissemination of information about a protected person as an administrative offense, the specifics of considering employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia as the subject of this offense. The final part of the article summarizes the results and formulates conclusions with a proposal to use the research results in practice.
