The authors consider the general provisions of the legislation on the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation, the main issues of the conditions for the protection of honor, dignity of employees of internal affairs bodies, features of civil protection of honor and dignity of employees of internal affairs bodies, analyzes the right to protect the honor and dignity of an employee of internal affairs bodies in the general legal context of the protection of the rights of any person and the practice of appeals to the court of law enforcement officers for the protection of honor and dignity.
