UDK 343.98 Криминалистика. Криминалистическая техника и тактика
The article is devoted to the specifics of the minimum processing, packaging and transportation of traces – archaeological objects found at the scene of the commission of criminal encroachments on the archaeological heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation. The conclusion is made not only about the importance of such objects, the forensically significant information they contain, but also as carriers of historical information important for science. Taking into account the analysis of literary sources, the regulatory framework, it was concluded that there are no forensic recommendations for members of the investigativeoperational groups on working with the indicated traces-objects. Proposals have been formulated regarding the involvement of a specialist archaeologist-restorer in investigative actions aimed at the possible seizure of archaeological objects, obtaining his advisory assistance in a remote format; the procedure for actions of a specialist in case of discovery and the need to confiscate archaeological objects is proposed; the types of packaging material are considered depending on the objects seized for primary conservation and transportation; options for explanatory inscriptions on the outside of the package are noted.
