Periodization of the formation of the legal systems of Scandinavia in the middle ages
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Based on domestic and foreign scientific literature, as well as the published works of law, the article deals with the periodization of the evolution of the legal system of the largest Scandinavian states: Denmark, Sweden and Norway. The authors propose the periodization of the main stages in the development of legal knowledge, beliefs and attitudes of the Scandinavian peoples in the period under review. In addition, the internal and external factors that influenced these processes were identified and characterized.
