Abstract (English):
The paper presents the results of a multiple classification of Criminal Law sub-institutions based on such criteria as location in the Criminal Law system; functional purpose in the system of criminal law regulation; social purpose; duration; preferential method of regulation. The conducted classification contributes to the knowledge of the general regularity of the formation and functioning of sub-institutions of Criminal Law.
