In modern society, professional ethics acts as one of the most effective regulators in the field of law enforcement and other public authorities in order to ensure proper conditions for law enforcement and timely response to illegal actions of unscrupulous persons. The importance of a person’s communicative culture has increased, expressed not only in the ability to establish business contacts, but also to comply with ethical standards of behavior. In everyday life, situations often occur when a person feels insecure in their professional environment, in communicating with others, with high-ranking officials, etc. Sometimes it is not possible to find mutual understanding between the closest and dearest people. All this leads to mental discomfort and deprives of peace. How to prevent conflicts and achieve harmony in communication with other people? The answer to this question and similar questions can be found by mastering communication culture, professional ethics and etiquette. And in our opinion, moral behavior also plays an important role. And here it would be appropriate to recall moral values (kindness, honesty, justice, love, etc.) [7]. Law enforcement agencies, in carrying out their functions, should consider it their duty to adhere to the norms and canons of professional ethics, which means “to be a professional in their field”.
