IMPROVING THE PREVENTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES AMONG MINOR CITIZENS

Abstract (English):
The article discusses the administrative and legal status of minors in the Russian Federation. The authors consider the use of the term ‘minor’ to describe the legal status of this group of persons. They also analyze the violations that are provided for by the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences and highlight the most common violations committed by minors, especially students of secondary vocational education. Based on the analysis, specific methods are proposed to improve administrative legislation in the field of administrative responsibility of minors to solve these problems and prevent administrative offenses committed by minors.
