The article analyzes the problems of legal regulation and practice of law enforcement of the electronic form of criminal procedure appeals in pre-trial proceedings, taking into account the latest legislative changes. It is concluded that at present the law does not provide enough procedural guarantees for filing an appeal by the appropriate subject, as well as the authenticity of both the appeal itself and the information contained in it. The introduction of an electronic form of appeals in criminal proceedings requires solving educational problems related to increasing the level of competence of authorized persons. A trend has been identified, which is characterized by the fact that with increasing popularity of submitting applications via the Internet, their quality decreases, and the information contained in them, as a rule, does not correspond to reality. Measures of both legislative and practical nature aimed at solving the identified problems are proposed.
