The article is devoted to the analysis of methods and technologies of patriotic education of youth and military personnel in the United States of America and the People's Republic of China. The foreign experience of military-patriotic education of youth is considered. The political doctrines aimed at the formation of patriotic feelings among the younger generation are analyzed.
