Based on the study and analysis of extensive literary sources, the current state of regulatory legal acts, operational investigative practice, as well as the criminogenic situation in the fight against crimes of economic and corruption orientation, the author attempts to consider the implementation of operational investigative policy through the prism of state in terms of combating these types of crimes in the Arctic regions of Russia. The author expresses the most effective forms and methods of countering them in the conditions of the economic crisis and pandemic. The paper proposes, taking into account the peculiarities of the Arctic zone, a system of measures to stabilize the operational situation in it.
