This article is devoted to the issues of interaction between investigators of military investigative bodies and bodies of inquiry when investigating evasion of military duties, committed by simulating an illness or other means. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that it is the investigators appointed by the order of the commander of the military unit who are the first to identify such crimes. In the study, the author examines the forms of interaction, reveals their content, and suggests ways to improve some of them.
