Abstract (English):
The review characterizes the dissertation research of R.M. Ramazanov on the topic «The activities of the court to ensure the safety of participants in criminal proceedings», in terms of its compliance with the requirements of section II of the Regulations on awarding Academic Degrees, approved. Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 842 dated September 24, 2013 «On the procedure for awarding academic degrees». The relevance and novelty of the research and the obtained results of the dissertation, the signifcance of the results obtained in the dissertation for science and practice, the theoretical and practical signifcance of the research are determined. The controversial and controversial provisions contained in the dissertation work are refected, on the basis of which a conclusion is made about its compliance with the established requirements.
