В статье рассматриваются некоторые аспекты, связанные с влиянием сети Интернет на распространение идеологии «колумбайн» посредством пропаганды в социальных сетях и подробного освещения событий средствами массовой информации. На основе анализа работ зарубежных и отечественных исследователей определяется ряд практических шагов, направленных против повторения преступлений данного рода в будущем. В частности, предлагается введение обязательной авторизации в социальных сетях и мессенджерах по паспорту и законодательное ограничение информации, распространяемой средствами массовой информации, в том числе и через Интернет, касающейся личности скулшутера и тактики совершенного им нападения.

The article examines some aspects related to the influence of the Internet on the spread of the Columbine ideology through propaganda on social networks and detailed coverage of events by the media. Based on an analysis of the works of foreign and domestic researchers, the author identifies a number of practical steps aimed at preventing of crimes of this type in the future. In particular, the article proposes to introduce mandatory authorization in social networks and instant messengers using a passport, and legislative restriction of information spread by the media, including via the Internet and regarding the identity of the school shooter and the tactics of their attack.
