Статья посвящена такой насущной проблеме, как миграционные процессы. Предметом исследования в работе является совокупность научных трудов, нормативных правовых актов, регулирующих правовое положение иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства на территории Российской Федерации, общественных отношений, возникающих в ходе выполнения иностранными гражданами и лицами без гражданства правил пребывания на территории Российской Федерации. Рассматриваются общественные отношения, возникающие в ходе выполнения иностранными гражданами и лицами без гражданства правил пребывания на территории России. Учитывая тот факт, что под определение миграционной политики подпадает большое количество субъектов, данная сфера требует пристального внимания. Это важно по той причине, что каждое государство обладает ограниченным количеством ресурсов, с помощью которых может обеспечить жизнь своих граждан. В статье особое внимание уделяется вопросам деятельности субъектов миграционной политики, представленных на различных уровнях, в том числе деятельности правоохранительных органов, их роли в системе контроля и надзора за состоянием миграции. Ввиду опасности бесконтрольности миграции, данная тема остается максимально актуальной на современном этапе развития Российской Федерации. Практическая ее значимость состоит в том, что изученный материал может быть положен в основу совершенствования данного института, в том числе стать основой для формирования законодательной инициативы в целях совершенствования деятельности правоохранительных органов в сфере миграционной политики.

The subject of research in the work is a set of scientific papers, regulatory legal acts regulating the legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the Russian Federation, and public relations arising during the implementation of the rules of stay on the territory of the Russian Federation by foreign citizens and stateless persons. The article examines the social relations that arise during the implementation of the rules of stay on the territory of the Russian Federation by foreign citizens and stateless persons. Given the fact that a large number of subjects fall under the definition of migration policy, this area requires close attention. This is important because each State has a limited number of resources with which it can ensure the lives of its citizens. The article pays special attention to the issues of the activities of subjects of migration policy,represented at various levels, including the activities of law enforcement agencies, their role in the system of control and supervision of migration. Due to the danger of uncontrolled migration, this topic remains as relevant as possible at the current stage of development of the Russian Federation. The practical significance of this topic lies in the fact that the studied material can be used as a basis for improving this nstitution, including becoming the basis for the formation of legislative initiatives to improve the activities of law enforcement agencies in the field of migration policy.
